Who you are contracting with: GeoVouch is a product of ALNASL LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@geoguru.xyz reaches us for support, billing, and anything about these terms.

1. Agreement and scope

By creating an account, starting an analysis, or otherwise using GeoVouch, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Data Privacy notice. If you use GeoVouch for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

GeoVouch provides analysis tools for AI discovery, including website, search, citation, and prompt-result analysis. The service is informational and is not legal, financial, security, search-engine, advertising, or professional advice.

2. Accounts and access

You can use parts of GeoVouch without an account. Credit-bearing analysis requires signing in through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining control of the account used to sign in and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use to support@geoguru.xyz.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third parties, or applicable law.

3. Credits, payment, and refunds

What a Credit is. A Credit is prepaid access to a unit of analysis work on GeoVouch. It is not money, not a security, and not redeemable for cash except as described below. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable between accounts, and do not expire. Signed-in accounts also receive a daily allocation of free Credits, which carries no monetary value and is not refundable.

Buying them. Credit packs are one-off purchases in US dollars, with no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own hosted checkout page; the price shown at checkout is the price charged, excluding any tax Stripe collects on our behalf. Credits are added to your balance when Stripe confirms the payment.

When they are spent. The price of each step is shown before you start it, and the confirmation you approve names the amount. A Credit is held when a step starts and is only charged when that step produces a result. If a step fails, is interrupted, or returns nothing usable, the held Credits are released back to your balance and you are not charged. Re-running a step you have already paid for is charged again, because it does the work again. Credits are always used in the order you received them, so free Credits and older packs are drawn down before newer ones.

Results are not guaranteed to please you. Credits pay for the analysis being run, not for a particular finding, score, ranking, or recommendation. A completed analysis whose result you disagree with has been delivered. If you believe a result is wrong because the service malfunctioned, tell us — that is a different thing, and we will look at it.

Refunds. A Credit pack can be refunded in full, to the original payment method, within 30 days of purchase, as long as none of its Credits have been used. Because Credits are used in the order you received them, a pack stays refundable until everything you received before it has run out. We refund whole packs only: once a pack has been drawn on at all it can no longer be refunded, and we do not refund part of one. That keeps the refund at exactly the price you paid, instead of at a per-Credit rate that differs from the one the pack was sold at. Your Credit History names the pack on every purchase and refund, so you can see which is which. To request a refund, email support@geoguru.xyz from the address on your account. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

4. Your content and permission to process it

You retain your rights in the URLs, prompts, configuration choices, and other material you submit. You grant GeoVouch the limited permission needed to store, transmit, analyze, display, and maintain that material solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Prompts you analyze are shared. Prompt Result Analysis contributes the prompt text and the products and URLs that models named in response to it to a corpus every user's analysis draws on. Those records are not linked to your account, but the prompt itself is visible to others. Treat a prompt as public. The Data Privacy notice describes exactly what is kept.

Do not submit secrets, credentials, special-category personal data, unlawful content, or material you lack the right to process. A URL or prompt may cause GeoVouch to retrieve public web content or send a request to an AI provider; submit only content you are comfortable using for that purpose.

5. Acceptable use

6. Results, third-party systems, and availability

Results are snapshots based on available website content, search results, model responses, and third-party services at a particular time. They can be incomplete, wrong, unavailable, or change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing evidence and deciding whether to act on it.

GeoVouch depends on third-party services, including Supabase for data storage, OpenRouter for model access, Serper for search results, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. Their availability and policies can affect the service. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops; where a change would make Credits you have already bought unusable, we will refund the unused balance.

7. Disclaimers, liability, and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoVouch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant a particular ranking, recommendation, citation, business outcome, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and nothing here removes any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your own place of residence.

Material changes will be posted here with a revised date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
